Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every Packlic order is custom made to order and produced to your exact specifications, so our refund terms are built around the production stage your order has reached.

• Before production begins: you may cancel your order for a refund of 75% of the amount paid. The 25% retained covers design, dieline setup, proofing, and the materials reserved for your job.
• Once production has begun: the order is no longer eligible for a refund, because the materials have been printed and converted specifically for you and cannot be resold.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a reprint or replacement of the affected units.

Shipping

Packlic offers free worldwide shipping on custom orders. Shipments are dispatched by air or sea depending on the destination and volume, and tracking is provided once your order ships.

Turnaround

Quotes are delivered within 24 hours and a free 3D mockup within about an hour of artwork approval. Production time depends on the product and quantity and is confirmed on your quote before you approve it.
