Keeping the product safe inside

Hemp oils and extracts are sensitive. They fade when they sit under bright light or heat, so we can use heavier, solid board and darker inside printing to keep light off the product on the shelf and in the mail. Oil products bring their own problem, which is leaks, so we add grease-resistant coatings or inner liners that stop a weeping bottle from ruining the box. Snug inserts or dividers then hold bottles and jars in place, so nothing rattles or cracks in transit.

Printing and finishing

Your box is prime advertising space, so we print it in full color across every panel. From there you pick the finishes that make it feel right in hand:

Labeling and child-resistance

Hemp products carry information that a lot of packaging forgets to plan for, and squeezing it in at the last minute never looks good. We lay it out on the artwork before printing, so it fits cleanly into the design. That usually means room for a THC-content line, a batch or lot number, a QR code that links to your lab report (the certificate of analysis), and any warnings your state asks for. If your product is eaten, drunk, or inhaled, it may need to be child-resistant, and we can build boxes that lock safely but still open easily for the customer.

Getting the size right

A box that is even slightly off looks cheap, because the product slides around, the print creases, or the lid will not sit flush.
