Pizza Boxes
Custom pizza boxes in grease-resistant corrugated that keep the pizza hot, hold their shape stacked, and put your brand on the lid.
Product Overview
A pizza box has a harder job than it looks. It has to hold a large, hot, greasy product flat and level, survive being stacked five high on a delivery run, keep the pizza warm without turning the base soggy, and carry a pizzeria’s brand to the customer’s door. It is one of the most demanding everyday food boxes there is, and a flimsy or generic one shows the moment the lid is opened.
Our custom pizza boxes are built for real service. We use sturdy, grease-resistant corrugated that holds its shape under a stack and under heat, add ventilation to keep the crust crisp, and print the lid in full color so every delivery doubles as advertising, giving you a box that protects the pizza and sells the brand.
Behind every Packlic box is one of six carefully sourced substrates: Kraft Board, Corrugated Board, Coated Art Board (C1S), Rigid Greyboard, Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS), and Metallic Board. The lineup covers everything a brand might need, recyclable kraft for artisan and sustainability-led ranges, thick greyboard for luxury rigid boxes, and clean virgin-fibre SBS for cosmetics, pharma, and premium retail. Whether the goal is a budget-friendly corrugated mailer or the confident heft of a magnetic-closure rigid box, we specify FSC-certified stock built to perform on the shelf, in transit, and when the customer lifts the lid.
A considered finish is the difference between packaging that is seen and packaging that sticks in memory. Our menu runs from soft-touch matte and high-gloss lamination to silk lamination, spot UV, gold and silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, and aqueous coating. Spot UV adds a gloss-on-matte contrast that guides attention to your logo, and soft-touch lamination gives rigid boxes a velvety feel that reads as quality on contact. Foil stamped onto SBS or coated art paper lands the crisp metallic detail luxury cosmetic, fragrance, and gifting brands use to justify premium prices and fuel share-worthy unboxings.
The feel of your packaging and its durability in transit both trace back to paper weight, which we offer from lightweight 8pt up to heavyweight 28pt on the point system US and UK packaging suppliers use. Lightweight 8pt–12pt is well suited to folding cartons and high-volume retail boxes. Mid-range 14pt–18pt is the workhorse of retail packaging, balancing protection against economical shipping. Heavyweight 20pt–28pt supplies the rigid, substantial character essential to luxury gift boxes, rigid set-up boxes, and premium cosmetic packaging, where the weight of the box communicates quality the instant it is picked up.
Custom Pizza Boxes Built for Heat, Grease, and Delivery
The humble pizza box quietly does more work than almost any other food package. It carries a large, heavy, piping-hot product that is dripping with oil, it gets stacked and carried at speed, and it is the last thing a customer sees before they eat, so it stands in for the whole brand at the doorstep. Balancing all of that, keeping the pizza hot but crisp, greaseproof but breathable, sturdy but affordable, is exactly what separates a box that protects your food from one that arrives crushed and soggy.
Grease-resistant, sturdy corrugated
Pizza is hot and oily, so the board has to cope with both. We build from corrugated stock chosen for strength and grease resistance, so the box holds its shape when it is full, stacked, and warm, and does not soak through and collapse on the drive over. The flute and grade are matched to your pizza size and weight, so a large deep-dish gets a tougher box than a thin personal one.
Keeping the pizza hot and crisp
The classic pizza problem is a base that steams itself soggy in a sealed box. We build in ventilation, corner holes or slots that let steam escape while keeping heat in, so the crust stays crisp on a longer delivery. The corrugated structure also insulates, holding warmth from the oven to the table, which is a big part of the customer experience you are judged on.
Sizes and stacking
Pizzas come in a spread of sizes and so do our boxes, from personal 7 and 8 inch through the common 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch, up to party and 18 inch formats, all built to your exact pizza. We design them to stack squarely and lock shut, so a delivery driver can carry a tall order without it sliding, and the boxes store flat to save space behind the counter.
Your brand on every delivery
Every pizza box that leaves your kitchen is a billboard in someone's home, so we make the lid work hard. Full-color print across the top and sides carries your logo, menu, offers, and socials, turning delivery into repeat marketing. Even a single-color print on kraft looks sharp and keeps costs down, so brands at any stage can put their name on the box rather than shipping in plain brown.
Styles for delivery and dine-in
The right build depends on your service:
- Classic corrugated delivery boxes in every size
- Kraft boxes for a natural, artisan pizzeria look
- Slice and half-pizza boxes for grab-and-go
- Premium printed boxes for a signature brand
- Ventilated builds for longer delivery runs
- Stackable, lock-shut designs for busy service
Food-safe and sustainable
This is food, so we use food-grade board and inks throughout, and greaseproof liners where a recipe needs them. Because takeaway waste is a live issue, recycled and FSC-certified corrugated and water-based inks are available, so a box that gets used once and recycled can still be low-impact, which increasingly matters to the customers ordering in.
Pair it with your takeaway range
Pizza boxes sit within our wider food and restaurant packaging range, so a pizzeria can brand its whole service. They pair naturally with our burger boxes and takeout boxes, so every item that leaves your kitchen carries one look.
